MA’ALIA was founded by Mrs. Esther Ben Haim following more than 40 years of experience across a wide range of educational roles and the leadership of several successful educational institutions. Drawing on that experience, she envisioned a distinctive school that would bring together the insights and lessons from every institution she had led, offering girls the best in education, academic learning, and personal guidance.
