Your questions, before you decide
Who is MA’ALIA for?
Families seeking a Bais Yaakov high school for girls in Jerusalem with Torah values, a warm atmosphere, strong academic standards, and personal attention. Speak with admissions to explore whether the school is right for your daughter.
We are olim or an English-speaking family. Who can we speak to?
For English inquiries, contact Mrs. Tehilla Ben Haim at 053-820-9570. Share your daughter’s previous schooling, Hebrew level, and social needs so you can discuss the fit and what support may be available.
What does full Bagrut mean?
Bagrut is Israel’s high school matriculation examination framework. MA’ALIA combines full Bagrut studies with Torah learning and professional preparation. Ask our team about subjects and the pathway relevant to your daughter.
Are Bagrut accommodations available for olim?
The Ministry of Education publishes guidance on accommodations for immigrant students. Eligibility depends on individual circumstances and current rules. Bring details of your daughter’s Aliyah date and prior schooling, and discuss what applies with the school team.
Can we apply before choosing a professional track?
Yes. You do not need a final choice between Technology, Sciences, and Art before getting in touch. We would be glad to hear about your daughter’s interests and strengths and discuss the options.
How do we begin, and what happens after applying?
Complete the admissions form and upload relevant documents. You will receive an email confirmation after submission, and our team will contact you about the next steps. Submitting an application is not an offer of admission.
Where is the school, and how can we ask about tuition or a visit?
MA’ALIA is at 11 Beit HaDfus Street, Jerusalem. Contact admissions for current tuition information, place availability, and to ask about arranging a visit.
A question before you apply?
A good conversation is a good beginning. Speak with us in Hebrew or English, or share your details so we can get to know your daughter.
